Richard R. Share II
Director, Principal Consultant

Richard Share specializes in the development of integrated process solutions for high-reliability applications in the Aerospace, Defense, Electronics, Heavy Industrial, Medical Device, Photonic Technologies and Specialty Materials industries.

Mr. Share has held senior technical and operational leadership positions with Corning Incorporated, Eastman Kodak and ITT Space Systems where he was responsible for new product development and introduction, the design and start-up of world-class manufacturing operations, and the transformation of failing product lines. Share Consulting, LLC was founded in 2008.

Mr. Share is an alumnus of Alfred University’s Industrial Engineering program (MS IE) and a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, with credentials from the American Society for Quality, the University of Michigan, and Villanova University.
